I've connected my wifi extender to my own wifi network at home. When I try to connect to the wifiext network it asks me for a password. I've tried the password on the actual wifi and the password on the bottom of the wifi extender and neither work. Any ideas? I've been at this for a while and I'm sure I'm putting the passwords in right but neither work 😢

Hello Dearbhil
It should be the main wifi password but if that is not working I would suggest to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds. Then do the setup again should be able to connect after that.
