can't load firmware for wifi extender

I’ve tried to update the firmware on my wifi extender, however, when I type in the model number, it isn’t recognised. The models identified are ‘6200-AC1200’ and ‘6200-AC v2’. The model of my extender is ‘EX6200-100AUS’. Is mine one of the other two 6200 extenders? Thanks.

What Firmware version is loaded on the EX?

Waht region are you located?

Does this FW version work?
