See attached file
The screenshot just shows that no 5G clients were connected when it was taken. It also shows that the extender thinks the 5G client-facing radio is turned on.

Re: can't seem to find the 5G network
The 5g was working 3 days ago on my computer but for 3 days, my connection is very bad ( 10mbps) so what can I do to make my computer detect the 5g?

Is this using the extender network?
Is this at 2.4 Ghz
How far away is the computer from the extender?

Re: can't seem to find the 5G network
RIght, that shows the A6100 connecting to the 2G network. The speed on the A6100 seems low (54/72), I'd expect to see 150 there. When you browse for networks, you aren't seeing the extender 5G network in the A6100's list?

Re: can't seem to find the 5G network
my wife is upstairs on her computer at 100mbs all the time because she is directly connected to the box with a cable, for my part last week and for 4 months, I have been reaching 45mbs in 5g which was very good but for 4 days it is catastrophic.

Re: can't seem to find the 5G network
My device support 5g so I have no clue what is going on. There isn't a problem with the Router, or the Adapter, so something is kinda messing with the Desktop PC.

Well, you need to make sure it is connecting to the 5G extender network. If you are using the wrong passphrase, then it won't connect.

Re: can't seem to find the 5G network
Normally you just browse the list of networks, and then select the one you want to connect to.

I think i'll buy a new key adapter : https://www.staples.com/NETGEAR-AC1200-High-Gain-WiFi-USB-Adapter-A6210/product_1149514
Because I didn't see the 5g since 5 days .
