ex2700: can't connect android device to the new line with EXT extension

I have a Cisco adsl router and I installed ex2700 but the only device that connects to the new line with EXT extension is my windows pc: my android device (galaxy tab A and Huawei p8 lite) connects only to the usual connection ( not EXT). Have you any suggestion to solve this problem?

 I hope you understand my problem and excuse me for my bad english.

    Hello gulluwing

     

    Try to change the security type that the extender is using then tell the devices to forget the network and try to connect again.
