1. Caps lock. Its to the left of the "A" key. Please use it.
2. you don't need the cd to install it if you have the dgn2000. go to https://www.netgear.com/support/product/DGN2000.aspx and follow the install guide.
3. if you've forgotten the password and the recover password option doesn't work, simply reset the device back to factory and re-install it. push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. Then re-install it using the guide from step 2.
