surface will not connect to extender wn2000

 I can not get my pc (surface) or my phone (android) to connect to my extender

wn2000rvp.

The extender is connected to network and shows green.

I can connect to the main router

Ive reset 

down loaded

i have vhours into this

What router did you connect the wn2000rpt to?

what firmware is on it?  

Did you set it up using wps or using the installation assistant?
