C6300 won't connect to 2.4g (5g is fine)
I am trying to install a device and somehow when it is scanning for networks, it won't detect my 5G connection, only my 2.4G connection. But when I tried to connect to the 2.4G, it keeps giving me "connection failed". I checked my password and I am sure I have it right (it is the same password as my 5G). I tried to connect to 2.4G via my computer and phone and also failed. I have powered off the modem/router and turned it back on already. I remember my 2.4G worked last year, so somewhere between this year and last, something went wrong, but I didn't touch the settings at all. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
