Hi all, I have just updated the firmware from 6.5.1 to 6.6.1 on my NAS and after reboot, all of the shares on the encrypted RAID 1 (drive1 and 2) have dissappeared. On the other drive (not encrypted drive 3) everything is fine. All the apps have dissappeared too (did not have many), but i can imagine they were on the main raid 1. In the logs i can see that even the snapshots have been removed, but i dont know why. Wish i had never bothered updating it. After several restarts i had a few issues whilst booting trying to read the encryption key at around 45% and kept giving memory errors (out of memory+354) but finally i have now got back into the NAS admin but both disks (1 and 2) are red (inactive volumes). I am pretty desperate to recover the data, can the NAS run some form of disk repair? What should i do? I am not very familiar with linux/ssh but I can follow instructions. Can anyone help me?5.2KViews0likes11CommentsRN104 inaccessible and displaying btrfs_biomerge_bio_hook+a4 message

Hi all, Wonder if anyone can help? :manhappy: I have a ReadyNAS RNS51600 running OS 6.5.1, I've had this for a few years and all has been working fine. Just recently though I have tried to create a new share only to be greeted with the following error box: I've checked on the readynas itself and the GID and user guest definitely exist: root@readynas:/# id guest uid=99(guest) gid=99(guest) groups=99(guest) any ideas? this is baffling me and I've worryingly read other psts about resetting back to factory defaults, not an option here with ~12Tb of data on it. Cheers, Rich3.4KViews0likes6CommentsRedirect Default Web Access Not Working 6.5.1
I'm not sure if this is a configuration or an OS issue, but I noticed today that all default or unspecified HTTP traffic to my ReadyNAS 102 is going straight to /admin. (example, http://mydomain/ goes straight to the admin login page while http://mydomain/ShareName redirects correctly.) In the past, I could go to System>Settings>HTTP and choose a default folder/share to direct unspecified HTTP traffic to a specified share/folder. When I try to do this now, I only get "None Selected" as an option in the drop down menu. I've tried changing this in Edge/IE/Firefox/Chrome to make sure this wans't a browser issue. Screen shot of issue Any thoughts?4.1KViews0likes12Commentscan't send email alerts to more than 2 contacts
I've upgraded several of my customers RN2120 Ready-Nas units to 6.5.1. Now it seems I cannot send email alerts to more than 2 contacts. If I add a third contact, and click send test message and apply, no one gets the email notification but it says "test message sent" If I take out the third contact, and try agin both email contacts get the message. Also, it keeps reverting to the first contact on the list as the sender.2.5KViews0likes2Comments
