So, I started with an internal network of all Netgear products with a Linksys Wifi Router. When using the Insight Cloud Portal, the Topology was perfect. I swapped out my Linksys Wifi Router for a BR200 Linksys router... with the interest to get away from a WiFi router while getting more functionality for VLANS, security, etc. The topology function worked for a while on Insight Cloud ... it wasn't completely accurate (it had the switches that were plugged directly into the router listed a serially plugged in routers ... one plugged into the other), but then topology stopped working altogether. Whats funny to me is that I when I was using a Linksys Router, all was fine showing the right topology behind the router ... switches and WAPs were all showing correctly. When I went with ALL NETGEAR PRODUCTS end-to-end, its now not working ... and not working at all. Any ideas? Screen shot attached. And, no, it isn't a "filter" issue... Hello and good day, I have a readynas 102 firmware version 6.10.4. For a long time when I stream music UPNP/DLNA I have noticed an increase in the number of songs in my music folders, also album art is different for each repeated song. Curently if I use my ruko or android to play music in a folder with 6 songs I will see 18 songs. I view the folder from radar and it looks fine, also looks fine in windows folder view. Today I tried a different app on my phone get the same 3 x song list problem. Any one with an idea what I shold do? This is about the GS308PP (and GS305PP), not GS308P, but the form did not have GS308PP to select. Unde the Selection Location field on the form, it defaulted to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. This is not about Nighthawak routers. How do I turn off PoE (Power over Ethernet) on the GS308PP for all or some of the ports? I downloaded the Insight app onto my iPhone, connected my iPhone to the GS308PP switch with an ethernet cable, via a Belkin ethernet adapter. But the Insight app could not detect the GS308PP, GS305PP or any of the devices on my network. What am I doing wrong with the Insight app? Hello All, I've had a ReadyNAS RN202 for a couple years and all appears to be ok except for setting up multiple remote users. I am trying to use softether so I can setup VPN connections to solve this issue, but I have a Mac. I've downloaded and installed the VPN Server App on the NAS but the launch button in not enabled. From another post, it appears the app does not have a web interface. After install, the vpnserver folder contains a file, but its ann EXE file. So... how can I launch the app? Anyone have luck with this? Are there other VPN options? If any of you smat folk have any ideas, I would greatly appriciate some advice. Thanks.System volume root's usage is 82%. I have two ReadyNAS 104 on my home network. Today I received emails from both of them with this error. "System volume root's usage is 82%. This condition should not occur under normal conditions. Contact technical support." The only difference is the percentage. The other one was 81%. When I reboot them, both jumped to 86%. Any idea why this happens and how can I fix it? The files seem to be intacted so far. I don't have any apps installed. Should still have planty of space left on storage. Please help...ReadyNas cannot connect to READYCLOUD RN204

This issue has been going on for quite a while now, through multiple OS updates. Currently running ReadyNAS OS 6.7.4. I can't install or uninstall any new apps via the admin console. It seems to download them just fine, but when it's working through the actual installation process it tells me it's unable to install or uninstall the package. Mainly, I'm trying to update Plex. Even downloading from the Plex website and uploading via admin console, it says it can't install the package. I've tried restarting, I've tried waiting for the next OS upgrade... nothing. I've already backed up my database files with WInSCP (backed up my couchpotato settings as well, as that's been inoperable for a while) and if all else fails I'll manually install via command line... but I'd REALLY like to fix it the right way.9.4KViews0likes20CommentsFont app photo doesn't show on admin page or app page ReadyNAS
Using readynas OS: 6.8.1 Checked on Google Chrome and Firefox When I go to the app page all the photos for the apps are broken for me. it's been like this for a while. It's the same on my smart phone. Ever since I updated my Nas firmware to 6.8.0, all my apps dissapeared and the available apps page is blank. I really only use one app - Resilio Sync. I downloaded that app directly from Resilio's website but it would not upload or install to my Nas. I also tried reinstalling the firmware 6.8.0 manually but have the same result. Is anyone else having this issue? Any advice? Thanks in advance, ChrisSolved
