Netgear ReadyNas rnd 4000 stuck booting #26234791
Dear all I was wondering if anyone can help!? Basically I have a readynas stuck booting! If I remove any of the disks (doesn't matter which one) the device will boot and I get my IP address displayed on the front but no access to any of the data on the drives (four of them) .... I have not lost the original order of the disks and they were setup in an X raid config! Two disks show 931 bm free but two of them show 0mb free! I have tried contacting netgear support but as I didn't buy from an authorised reseller have refused to help (even though I offered to pay) .... It is imperative I don't lose the data as the drives contain photos of a recently bereaved family member! Can anyone advise?! Have I lost the data?! You help time and effort would be truly appreciated Lee
