Centurylink Fiber to ac1600
Hello community! I have been using my centirylink modem/router for the longest time, and I attempted to switch. My ISP is currently: CenturyLink Fiber I have tried plugging my ONT to my ac1600 modem router, but on the genie app via setup wizard it says “Problem internet connection not found.” I have tried setting up the PPPoE and that didn’t work either. I have contacted my ISP and there was no issue with that. Currently, I have: CenturyLink supplying me Fiber to my ONT, which is connected with Ethernet from the ONT to the ac1600 in the internet port. On the app, the internet port section has the yellow exclamation point image, and has: “Internet IP address: 0.0.0.0 / Domain Name Server: 0.0.0.0”
