Hi all, I am trying to setup a capture portal for a restaurant client. I can configure a GoZoneWifi and it works; however, the client wants it to redirect to a landing page on their website before allowing access. Is there a guide that is available to do this at all?16Views0likes0CommentsFast Roaming with Insight Premium
I have 3 WAC510s and have signed up for the 7-day free trial of Insight Premium. I wanted to explore the Fast Roaming setting but I can't find it anywhere, nor can I find the new Access Control functionality. Where is it? Or is it not available on the free trial?7.4KViews0likes7CommentsQuestions about the GS748T or GS750E
Hoping for a little help\advice. I currently have a GS105E Netgear ProSAFE Plus Switch. It's a simple 5-port switch that allows me to accomplish something with my very small business very easily. If your not familair with this model, it has a very simple port vlan setup that makes it easy to keep computers from communicating with each other, but still share the internet access. I can plug my gateway\modem into port 1 and then go thru the web interface and configure each port to communicate with port 1, but not each other or if need be another port. It doesn't require any fancy vlan configuration or special routers that are vlan aware. It just allows me to configure things on a port basis. I now need to upgrade my switch to a 48-port switch as I move from a very small business to a small business, but I would like to have the same simiple port vlan options. I don't want to have to buy a special gateway router that needs configured or have to have a degree in networking to make it all work. Are there any Netgear 48-port switches that offer the same ease in configuration as the GS105E? I was looking at the GS748T or the GS750E as possibilities, but want to make sure what I am getting into before I buy one. I thought maybe the GS750E might be what I need because it is in the same family line as my current GS105E so the configuration options might be the same but I can't find any solid information on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, JoeSolvedCase Studies: Real Small Business Using Insight Management #Webinar #Video

I've found documentation to adjust the Wi-Fi Schedule for my WAC510, but I'm only able to enable this setting when it's not being managed by the Netgear Insight Cloud app. As soon as I enable remote management, this setting is removed. So far, I've been unable to find a way to enable a schedule through the Insight App.( IE - On Monday-Fri 7a.m. tp 5 PM, Off otherwise). It seems I have to the make the choice between scheduled Wi-Fi and remote management.... which seems odd. Can anyone inform me if there is a way to make this change? Thank you.Solved5KViews0likes4CommentsCan't add RN424 to insight

I just replaced my pair of Airport Extremes with a new Orbi setup (one base/router and one wall plug satellite). I updated to the latest firmware during the setup. With one exception, everything works: iphone, ipad, macbook, windows laptop, appletv, wemo's, epson printer, tv, roku. The exception is my Neato Botvac Connected. Wifi setup on the Neato is much like a Wemo or a Fitbit scale... you connect to the device's internal wifi, have it scan for local SSIDs, choose your SSID and password, then it connects to your wifi. But the Botvac never connects. I've gone through all the basic and advanced steps; I've rebooted and reset; I've done it all. I've also opened a support request with Neato, but haven't seen a reply. What gets me is it worked just fine with the old Airport Extreme network, but refuses to work with the Orbi's. When it fails, the Neato app links out to a support doc referring to ports 80/443 being blocked. My experience is they're only blocked inbound, not outbound. And again... it works with the AE's with no special setup. I went so far as to do a MAC reservation to guarantee the Neato's IP, then added a rule to forward ports 80 and 443 to that IP and retried. It failed with the exact same error. So with everything but the Neato working and with no response from Neato support, I'm wondering if any other Orbi users have a working Neato Botvac Connected? If so, what did you do to get it working? I do have beamforming and MU-MIMO enabled. I've seen notes about those disconnecting older devices like Ring doorbells. But in this case, the Botvac cannot connect at all... its not connecting and then disconnecting. Wondering if I need to disable beamforming and mu-mimo? Last thing, the Neato has the latest firmware installed.
