Device Services Rename Tool timing out
I hope someone can help me with this problem. I have several Seagate go flex NAS backup drives on my network. I have successfully renamed these devices so there are no conflicts using the device services renaming tool in the past. I am trying to add another new drive is network and have proceeded to initialize it as usual, but the renaming tool continues to timeout for it alerts me to reboot the device after renaming the device. I have cleared my DNS cache check every possible other solution but I have had no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Solved
