Unable to update firmware
I receivbed an email telling me I needed to update the firmware I have tried everything possible to update the firmware to V1.0.0.062 from V1.0.0.034. I keep getting the message saying it "Failed to Upload Firmware." I eeven tried to load intermediate upgrades first with no luck. It told me that there was a newer version. I also allowed it to "look for" the correct software on the website, but it just churned away with no apparent result.
