GSS116E blinking on every port constantly
Hello, The switch is blinking on every port constantly. It is not possible to get a connection to the switch over the network. Just after switch on everything seems to be ok, bo only for about a few seconds. I have disconnected the switch from the network and reset it, but still the problem persist.
