ISP connection problem
1 TopicAC785 can't connect to to he broadband of my ISP
Hi My AC785 suddenly refuses to connect to my ISP broadband channel. The device has been working flawlessly untill a few days ago. It detects that I am connected to Tele2 (www.tele2.se) but it refuses to get the broadband connectivity to work. No 4g or 3g connection. Only a Zero with a dash strike through inthe status display. I am using FW Version: NTG9X25A_02.08.00.11 FW Build Date: 09/26/14 Web App Version: AC785S-1_03.03.58.02 Bootloader Version NTG9X25A_02.08.00.11 I have tried to upgrade to the latest firmware but it fails. I have also tried to do afactory reset but no change in behaviour. The ac785 also complained abut a failed FW upgrade once but I have notbeeb able to replicate that message. Anyone that have any idea?
