Router randomly removed, can't re-add to Cloud Portal due to page malfunction
Greetings, Netgear Insight periodically and randomly removes our router from the VPN group. I need to re-add it, but the Netgear Insight portal web site displays a blank page when I click on the Router/VPN tab: https://insight.netgear.com/#/routers/quickview It is therefore impossible to enable VPN functionality. I am an Insight Premium subscriber and a VPN services subscriber. ThanksHow to contact Insight Support
Does anyone know how to contact Insight support? When I click on Technical Support from the Insight Cloud Portal page, it takes me to a Netgear page for hardware devices that are no longer under warranty, so I am not eligible for support there. https://my.netgear.com/products.aspx I am an Insight Premium subscriber. I have several wireless access points. The roaming between them doesn't work well due to sticky wifi so I'm considering working with a controller that manages the wireless roaming I know this can be done with a onpremise controller like the WC7600, but that is quite expensive to use in a small installation. I can't find anywhere if this forced roaming management is possible using the cloud controller - Insight. A complete comparison between the possibilities of the onprem and the cloud would be useful. thanks for clarification.BR200 Traffic Rules
Hi all, recently I bought a BR200. But for now, i'm not able to reach my intent of buying this Business Router... I want to create 2 LAN's, one UserLAN with no specific rule set and a second one covering the servers and storage LAN. I first struggeld to get IP's reservated via the Insight GIU which I was eventually able to get right via the GIU of the machine itself. But now I want to create a rule that blocks all trafic out of the VLAN execpt for Anydesk and another service. This other service is no issue because its a static IP and port BUT anydesk uses a wildcard for the IP's and for as far as I can see, the BR200 doesn't even support FQDN let go the wildcard FQDN anydesk proposes to use. Then another question :-) is there any way to change the order of traffic rules? I created a Deny any any to block all traffic I didn't allow specificaly but now I want to add an extra rule and automaticaly come's under the last rule... I'm slowly getting the thought that my expectations are a little to high for this "Business Router" I bought the router because of the Insight capability (which I allready used for my AP's) and saw it understood VLAN and traffic managing with a high throughput without spending 9k on a Cisco Firewall with the same throughput.BR500 VPN verbinding
Heb een 'site 2 site' opgezet met 2 x de BR500. De laatste firmware updates zijn geïnstalleerd, versie 5.6.0.1, we zijn wekelijks een keer de verbinding kwijt en moeten dan twee routers uit de VPN Groep halen en weer terug plaatsen om weer een VPN verbinding op te zetten.
