Greetings, Netgear Insight periodically and randomly removes our router from the VPN group. I need to re-add it, but the Netgear Insight portal web site displays a blank page when I click on the Router/VPN tab: https://insight.netgear.com/#/routers/quickview It is therefore impossible to enable VPN functionality. Does anyone know how to contact Insight support? When I click on Technical Support from the Insight Cloud Portal page, it takes me to a Netgear page for hardware devices that are no longer under warranty, so I am not eligible for support there. https://my.netgear.com/products.aspx I am an Insight Premium subscriber. Hi, Our user cannot connect via VPN. The client says: "The VPN Group list is empty" The VPN group and user are correctly listed in the Insight web site. I tried removing and re-adding the user. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, John10KViews1like14Comments
