I've bought Unit with 2 3TB WD RED disks to add and have had those running well for 1 week using default xraid. Added 3rd and 4th drives and those synched over the course of 2 days. It completed software updates on install and was running the latest O/S. Not sure which version on firmware, i will need to hard reset to find out. Since adding drives 3+4 i've installed a couple of default apps, Virus scanner and email. Now after several hours the unit drops off the network. Display at front is blank. Blue power button is on - blue, green lights for 4 disks are on. NIC is blinking and stops blinking when removing NIC. This happened last night and i hard reset which then allowed it to start up and behave as normal.. I'd rather not do that again. Any thoughts? THanks, Patrick2.9KViews0likes3Comments
