Power outage no connection

Power outage AC1200
We had a power outage last night and today I do not have Internet service. My modem is working because I have my phone service. My wireless router which is a netgear AC1200 is not working. I have turned everything off restarted the modem restarted the router, reboot the router, unplugged and re-plugged everything and still no luck. When I go to the n help site it asked me to put in the serial number for my router. I put the serial number in and it tells me it is not a valid serial number because serial numbers are 13 digits. Mine is 12, now I am totally and completely nowhere. What should I do that I haven't already tried?? ARGHHH!Solved
