No new updates
I’ve received a couple emails over the past couple months stating a new version of firmware is available. Checking this website it does indeed show newer firmware. I show that I am running Firmware Version V1.2.0.22_1.0.78, but it still indicates on the firmware check that no newer version available. Any ideas.Solved9.3KViews0likes26Comments
Nighthawk R6900P drops 2.4 GHz after minutes. 5GHz is stable.
I have been running this for about 5 months. The router has been stable the whole time until last week. The 2.4 GHz network stays up for about a half hour, then dies. The devices can see it, but the signal strength is terrible and they cannot connect. I have done the following. - Updated to the latest FW - Changed channels: from Auto to 4 to 10 then 8. Wifi analyser shows 8 should be the best. - Factory reset - power cycle I have seen a few posts about this on various models, but looks like most of the time, the channel change fixed things. Not in this case. Any help is greatly appreciated.Solved1.9KViews0likes4Comments
