RCN C6300 Not Pairing
I just moved from Xfinity to RCN in Chicago and am using the same Modem/Router. I reset factory settings, gave RCN my MAC Address, and after a few hours I am still not getting it to lock in on the internet light. Looking at the diagnostics, it says it has only locked 1 US channel and 1 DS channel. What am I doing wrong? Is it the modem/router? Is it RCN?
