2 TopicsReadyCLOUD PC app - can't open in Windows 7 pro 64 bit
I have downloaded the ReadyCLOUD PC application for Windows and have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I've tried doing so with my AVG Internet Security turned on and turned off. The ReadyCLOUD PC application appears to install completely, however I can't open it to log in to my ReadyNAS. The little icon shows up in the system taskbar and says "not logged in" when I hover over it, but it won't open when I double click nor do I get a menu when I right click. I've also tried running the softwared from the Windows start menu and nothing opens. The program IS listed in the task manager as running. I have no idea why I can't see the interface to login or use the app!!!! I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Please help if you can! Todd5.3KViews0likes9CommentsBackup Folder No Longer Indexing
I am using a ReadyNas 102 with Firmware 6.5.1 I added several folders to be backed up to the NAS and one of these folders is no longer indexing. It's a rather large directory of 229.9 GB. I've tried to pause and start, stop and start, to get it going again but it doesn't do the trick What do you recommend to get this directory backing up again? Thanks!3.4KViews0likes4Comments
