I need remote support from NETGEAR for a R7000
My nighthawk router was hacked The IP address changed to 10.0.0.1 It’s name is now local host I renamed the networks and changed the passwords through The router login Then I was unable to access the router login again I did a hard reset on the router and the old router names came back in the Genie App but the new router names still appear in my network settings on my iPhone 7 I have done both a Network reset and a hard reset and we set up of my iPhone I can’t load the latest update because I can’t connect to the network I am in need of remote support from net gear to walk me through getting my device set up and secured again When I tried to sign up for support I get stuck in some kind of a loop and I need to either no the local office in St. Paul or Minneapolis Minnesota that will provide a check to service me or the location where I can find a check to buy a support contract and get support for my product
