I need remote support from NETGEAR for a R7000

My nighthawk router was hacked
The IP address changed to 10.0.0.1
It’s name is now local host
I renamed the networks and changed the passwords through The router login
Then I was unable to access the router login again
I did a hard reset on the router and the old router names came back in the Genie App but the new router names still appear in my network settings on my iPhone 7
I have done both a Network reset and a hard reset and we set up of my iPhone
I can’t load the latest update because I can’t connect to the network
I am in need of remote support from net gear to walk me through getting my device set up and secured again
When I tried to sign up for support I get stuck in some kind of a loop and I need to either no the local office in St. Paul or Minneapolis Minnesota that will provide a check to service me or the location where I can find a check to buy a support contract and get support for my product

      I found net gear support to be both outrageously expensive and completely ineffective

      The support staff is filled with people from foreign country who cannot appropriately speak the language enough to help you problem solve your problem

      And your help community since you in loops of constant repeat activity when you’ve already repeatedly done that step already

      I have called you had a private service to take care of the problem
