readycloud does not connect but raidar does
Hi there Well readycloud does not connect but raidar does and I can go through the folders with raidar. It logs in and then just says conneccting and thats where it sits trying to connect. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 NAS Firmware is 6.9.0 I have tried rebooting the computer and the NAS. changed to a new Network cable. Any help please2.3KViews0likes6Comments
ReadyCloud android app doesn't find devices
I cannot seem to get the android ReadyCloud app on my phone (SM-900A, Samsund Galaxy S5) to find my RN10400. I have no problem logging in to the admin or ReadyCloud site from my phone. Also my PC finds my RN10400 using http://readycloud.netgear.com/ (although sometimes I need to place the device in discover mode first).Solved3.5KViews0likes3Comments
