I want to block my TV from accessing internet but still allow LAN access
Hi, I have a few devices I want to block from accessing the Internet but still allow them local network access. I understand I can block specific port numbers or assign dummy DNS addresses on specific devices... all of which are decent workarounds. Hi Leute, ich finde Online leider nichts. Ich hab das Gerät zu meiner Freundin ins Haus gestellt, dort stehen 2 neue TV Geräte (samsung und Hofer-Marke) Beide erkennen zwar das Gerät aber können mir nicht die Ordner anzeigen. Bzw zeigen mir Ornder an die nicht drauf sind und die leer sind. Gibt es hier ein Addon dass man zum streamen verwenden muss? Oder wie bringe ich das zum Laufen? Das Gerät ist halt schon 5-6Jahre alt, funktioniert aber sonst ohne Probleme. Am Computer hab ich zugriff und es gibt auch kein Passwort drauf Vielen Dank jetzt schon mal für die Hilfe. I just bought a EX3700. The only reason is because i have an interactive TV box that only takes ethernet cords for some reason. My router is in the other room so i don't want a really long cable going between rooms. Problem is that the wifi works fine but the ethernet out connection doesn't (which was the main reason of buying the thing) any ideas?
