4 TopicsCan't figure out how to change my subscription to the Basic Plan for 3 WAC510 APs
I participated in the short Insight Premium trial, which has now expired. My plan now was to subscribe to the Basic plan for my three WAC510s. But I can't figure out how to change my subscription to that. From Insight portal it seems to only give me the Premium monthly or yearly options. Dear community, I recently purchased a WAC510 for my home use actually, but I soon find out that the overall throughput on the AC 5G band is much weaker than expected even with MU-MIMO enabled. My laptop is equipped with a BCM94352 2x2 AC. I tried to tune the other parameters besides enabling MU-MIMO, but the performance is not varying significantly. The maximum download rate is below 200Mbps and non-stable, the maximum upload is less than 120Mbps. Has anyone had the similar issue? Could anyone help me tuning the parameters on WAC510? I tried twice now. 1. open the web interface (using LAN) 2. do the mandatory initial device setup 3. changed the default password for the user "admin" 4. click on "apply" - device redirects me to the login page 5. try to login. Login not possible with user "admin" and the new password (message: "Login invalid") 6. reset the device to factory defaults 7. goto 1. My new password contains characters (lowercase, uppercase), numbers and the "@" char. Length of the new password: 14 characters. Anyone any idea?Solved
