C3000 blinking green lights, no internet
Hello- please help. The other day my wifi stopped working. There were no power outages, I did not change the location of the router, or interfere with it in any way. The power light stays solid green. The upstream, downstream, and internet lights blink green for about 10 seconds, then they turn off for about 10 seconds, before blinking again. No other lights are on. No lights are amber or red. This happens whether or not the coax cable is plugged in. Resetting or moving the router to a new cable outlet does not change anything. I spent an hour on the phone with CS, who said the router is still functioning, but needed some configuration which would only take 10 minutes. However, I was going to have to commit to purchasing support service. Sorry, Netgear, I will not spend $90 (the cost of the router) in order to fix a simple issue that I did not cause. I tried a factory reset, but holding the button down for several minutes does not change the blinking lights. Can anyone provide info on how I can fix this myself? Please and thank you!
