Some wifi devices cannot connect
Some of our phones, tablets, kindles can connect to our wifi, but ever since the latest firmware upgrade to V1.0.052_1.0.81 most new wifi devices cannot connect. The phones can see the wifi, but it never able to connect. I tried changing the phone IP to static, reseting my phone to factory default but still it does not work. I tried disabling access control, using a guest network, nothing. When i go to access control the router does not even see the mac address of my phone, but with other devices it will show the mac address and give me the option to allow that device. So far an iphone 6 and a Samsung galaxy s5 have been unable to connect (among a number of others). Any ideas? Is my best bet to restore the router to factory default?Solved3.7KViews0likes3Comments
