1 TopicUsing a Cisco Router to route VLAN traffic on a M5300-52G-POE+ switch
I have a M5300-52G-POE+ switch with 2 VLAN's.. VLAN1 for all regular traffic and VLAN2 for phone traffic. I have the switch attached to a Cisco 4351 router to handle the inter-VLAN traffic as this is only a Layer 2+ switch... My problem is: The router can ping everything in VLAN 2 and VLAN 2, but the equipment in VLAN2 to cannot ping VLAN1 (hence cannot get out to the internet). I have tried many combination of both VLAN membership, PVID's and even separating the traffic from the switch (VLAN's) to the router over two seperate interfaces. Still no luck. Has anyone any suggestions on how to configure this? Thanks in advance for any help.Solved4.5KViews0likes4Comments
