Having my RN10400 for about a year now and had no problems to use it as a storage for home network. Now I truying to set up cloud permissions for users, but following steps described in manual I get nowhere. To invite users to cloud I need to get to ReadCloud page and set the permissions, but whilst I there ReadyCloud can not discover device.( It says that I don't have registered or saved devices). Whilst I enter serial number to find device it brings me back to admin page. On Cloud tab I always see that service is off line. Spend so much time truying to get through but getting nowhere.
