Duplicate 192.168.1.1 address causing wifi disconnect
There is a bug in the range extender where it is announcing itself as a router by sending ARP packets with duplicate 192.168.1.1 addresses. It is being used with the Netgear Nighthawk router D7800 model. This causes frequent disconnects with Apple devices. Linux and Windows are unaffected. Switching off the extender solves the problem. It is disappointing that Netgear products do not work properly together. Does anyone have a solution?
