Idrive Backup not showing files to backup
We have the system all set up and working just fine except for iDrive backup. I loaded it from the apps and it installed without error. It accepts the password for the iDrive log in (I have tested this with our paid and a free account) but it does not show any files to be backed up. I have removed and re-installed IDrive from both the app store and as a download from iDrives web site. I am on the latest firmware as well. What am I missing??
