R6400 Weak Power, low range
Hi all I have bought the R6400 to reach all rooms in my house. Sadly, the router from the internet provider has more range and power even if it is standing a floor below. Furhter, the R6400 is unable to get through more than one room or into another floor. (Trough a wood ceiling!!, Not an army shelter) I have the Wlan power on 100 %. If I am right there are three possibilities: Either the router is defect or Netgear is promising ******* or I made a mistake. I would be thankfull if somebody know an answer.
