Large first backup to ReadyNAS Vault
Trying to use ReadyNAS Vault on RN316. Firmware up to date; Vault enabled; Setting under Manage Backups seem correct BUT... Not sure about "Includes" configuration. Include Folders field shows the folder to be backed up from the NAS ie. /data/ADMIN Folder and Extension fields are blank. I thought this would reproduce the entire folder/file structure under the local data/ADMIN in the vault. I am seeing the folders in the vault but there are no files in the folders. This is a first-time backup using ReadyNAS Vault. /data/ADMIN folder size is 1.7GB Been on hold to tech support for a half hour... anybody out there?
