1 TopicCan't access JGS524Ev2 via ProSafe Pluis Configuration Utility
Replaced my GS108 with a JGS524Ev2 24-port switch. Everything is working with just plug-and-play. I've installed the ProSafe Utility on two different Windows 10 machines. On both I can see the switch and the switch will be highlighted, but the radio button not selected. I receive an error about the switch and manager IP not being on the same subnet. Everything was booted fresh from modem, to router and then to switch. DHCP is assigned to my Eero router, not the switch. I'm somewhat of a novice to networking, but fairly decent about following instructions. I've read of other people having similar problems, but no good solutions.Solved6.7KViews0likes3Comments
