1 TopicNighthawk AC1900 Model R7000 Won't connect to internet
I just purchased a Netgear R9000 Nighthawk X10 and successfully set it up and connected to the Internet. However, in Genie (web version) on the Basic tab under Home the Internet block still says "ERROR Not Connected" in Red. I can connect to the 5G Wi-Fi network and access the network just fine. I have updated the firmware from V1.0.1.20 to V1.0.1.36 with no change. I've tried both Chrome and Safari on my MacBook Pro and my iPad Air 2. Anyone having this same issue?3.6KViews0likes3Comments
