ReadyNAS 3100 all disk lights flashing red
I recieved a ReadyNAS NASRNRP4000 last weekend. When I powered it up and the disk failor lights where flashing red in unison. Other servers can access the data, but I can not access it via IP address, RAIDar won't find it, nor can I log into the W2k8 OS via KVM.
