ReadyNAS 3100 all disk lights flashing red
I recieved a ReadyNAS NASRNRP4000 last weekend. When I powered it up and the disk failor lights where flashing red in unison. Other servers can access the data, but I can not access it via IP address, RAIDar won't find it, nor can I log into the W2k8 OS via KVM. How should I procead to varify it's health, monitor or access it's management?

You can hook up a console cable to the back and watch the startup. Copy/paste the output if you can.
Or you can try an OS reinstall to reset network adapters/admin pw and reinstall the OS, and see if you can see in RAIDar after that.
Maybe check your initrd.log file and see if your flash image is corrupt.

I am able to watch it boot up. Do you know any trick to copy the text as it does, so I can post it? Thanks -ken

I use PuTTY or KiTTY for my console connections. Both have the same option to copy the output. Make sure your window is large enough to capture all of the startup.
I believe you have an ability to attach a file to the post -- save the output as a text file.
Both also do logging to a file.
