I keep getting this error when I try to log in to my router settings: "NETGEAR router is not found or not supported. Also make sure the device is not connected to the guest network of the router, and no IPV6 is enabled." I am not on the guest network and IPV6 is not enabled. I also cannot log into www.routerlogin.net, I get a DNS error. I was ablt to get into both of these and then all of the sudden I can't. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I did an Ipconfig/flush DNS and it did not work. I am running 8.1, router firmware is 2.4.20 and the router is a C6300BD3.1KViews0likes2Comments
