Nighthawk Stopped Broadcasting Signal
Our Nighthawk router just suddenly stopped transmitting the wireless signal a few days ago. I have a PS4 that's connected via an Ethernet cable that goes from the modem, to the router, to the PS4, and it's still connected to internet. So I know Comcast isn't the problem, and the modem isn't the problem. On the front of the router, the power light, the internet light, and the the (Ethernet) 1 light are on, but the lights for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are off. I've tried disconnecting and restarting both the modem and the router, but the router still has the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?Solved81KViews0likes2Comments
