M4300 firmware 12.0.2.15 - switch was reset due to operator intervention
Hi, We have 4 pcs M4300 XSM4324CS-100NES and 6 pcs XSM4348S-100NES. 2 months after setting all them up they have started to restart without any reason and we have upgraded the firmware to 12.0.2.15. Issue 1 After 2 months without restarts now we ahve a new issue - "switch was reset due to operator intervention". I am 100% sure there ware no people reseting manually the switch, because we have looked at the security camera records. Issue 2 All switches are set in stacks and for some reason the Non-Stop Forwarding is not working too. For more than a minute we had 2 servers and a PBX down without access. Issue 3 The messages - "Power Module interrupt received on the unit 1" still appears without any real power interruption. The good news is that after firmware update the switches are not restarting every time.... But the messages still appear. Please advise me waht to do.
