Armer not linking between devices and new router

I replaced an old Orbi with a newer one and transfered my remaining armor sub over OK. But on the Orbi app it tells me my phones need armor installed
But it's already is installed
On a desktop it's saying it is installed
What am I supposed to do to get the existing installs not recognised by the router install to work?

Found hiw to uninstall and reinstall so sorted now

Transfer armer sub from old to new Orbl

I thought I had transfered my remaining time from my old Orbi to new one
But though I keep trying to move it from the old Orbi to new under services it's not doing it. Do zI have to go via support (does meen thr so called ability to do so is pointless) or what?

How exactly did you solve this issue? Did you uninstall and reinstall the Armor app?

You do have to go through support to transfer armor

t looks very much like a con to me a option under services to transfer armor that doesn't do anything and support that cant do anything ether.

Best of luck with getting them to do anything. I am getting the runabout over moving Armor outstanding sub from old Orbi to new one. Big problem is the multitude of different sites covering more or less the same things but non actually let you do anything but send you off to support. Support say do something but not HOW to do it as non of the different sites will let you do it. Ask them how to do what they say and you get no reply!

Suddenly it looks like I was wrong one of support has now come back with a solution to the sub problem. Took some pushing but looks like if you keep at netgear you can get somthing sorted!

They canceled a sub and transfered the outstanding sub to the bew Orbi It turns out there is no way customers can do either and even can't if you have a current sub on the router you want the outstanding time moved to
But only they can do either just needed a little nudge to move it past the the otiginsl nothing we can do to we can sort it all.

Bit it turns out you end up having to un and reinstall armor if it's to br linked to the new Orbi
