Adding an RBS50 - Blinks White Endlessly - Can I flash firmware using computer?
I have the same issue as this thread (https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/New-RBS50-addon-continuously-blinks-white-never-goes-solid-white/m-p/1388446#M14618), where I have a working RBR50 and RBS50 on firmware 2.0.0.74.
I recently bought another RBS50, and as soon as I plug it in it blinks white endlessly. I've tried resetting, booting while wired to the RBR router, moving it around the house, etc.
I'm guess the old firmware on the new RBS50 is part of the problem. I've downloaded the most recent satellite firmware. Is there a way to connect the new RBS50 to my computer and flash the firmware onto it?

Have you tried to plug a pc directly into that unit and see if you get a default gateway from that unit? is so you should be able to use the IP address of the satellite into your web browser and do a manual update if not you may want to try the TFTP method which I linked below and if none of that works you will have to contact support.
