Alexa stopped working on Orbi rbk50v
Alexa stopped working after a week. Tried logging in and out of Amazon account on the Netgear app. Confirmed latest firmware is updated too. It seems this is a reoccurring issue for Orbi. Someone posted they did something on the admin website instead of the app but did not say what they did to fix the issue. Before I return it, does anyone know how to fix it?

Is there any error message when you try logging in your Amazon account on the Orbi App?
Please provide the Orbi App version.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Orbi app?
