Can’t detect network when setting up orbi

This isn’t a new Orbi. I’ve had it for about a year. WiFi stoped two nights ago. Called internet provider. All fine on that end. Thought it was the modem. Got new modem but the problem continues. I can’t pull up the orbi network when setting up the orbi. We have no WiFi. Did the orbi die after a year? Why can’t it detect the network? I’ve done all the things such as unplugging and plugging and turning off cellular data and syncing and unplugging satellites around the house and there’s simply no orbi network to connect to when setting up. It is not an option. Where is it?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Connect a wired PC to the back to the RBR and use a web browser to access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.net.

Try a factory reset on the RBR as well. Press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. Walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and web browser.

Oh wow. Okay. It was so easy to set up. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult now. I did that reset yesterday. Will try again and try to find cable to connect a computer. We’re MAC. Will that still work?

Of course, I use Mac as well. Long time Mac user. Some macs don't have ethernet ports. This is fixed by getting a inexpensive USB to ethernet adapter in case.
