Can I do both Ethernet backhaul and Wireless?

Yes.... but.

A mix of ethernet and WiFi backhaul is supported.  There are reports of problems when certain switches are between the router and the satellite.  IF that turns out to be a problem, I would suggest plugging the cable into one port of the RBS20 and the switch into the other port.

To avoid switch issues, you would want to run Ethernet from the router to the satellite in the TV room, then  plug the switch into the satellite.
