Can not find Router
Recentely just bought the Orbi RBK50 - AC3000. I followed all the steps as listed on the webpage https://kb.netgear.com/31017/How-do-I-set-up-my-Orbi-router-and-satellite
I get up to Step 9, the Satellite has a solid blue light. When I go to step 10, connect via wifi on the IPhone app, I receive a message stating "Router not Found." I look at available SSID, looking for mine ORBI63, and it is not listed.
I've redone the steps numerous times with the same results. Any help is appreciated

In Step 10, you connect to the Orbi network before running the Orbi app? (Under "Settings->WiFi")???
Correct?
- Step 9 satellite stays lit blue
step 10 can't connect to the network. Ssid isn't listedCheck that it isn't a distance thing.
How far is the satellite from the router?
Factory reset the RBR and connect a wired PC to the RBR and use a web browser to set up the system.
