Can not SCP using Orbi
Like this comment : ( which I could not figure out how to post/append ) when I use the Orbi regardless of what settings I disable or enable ALL scp copying / transfers fail/stall out.
->
scp root@<server>:/<path>/<filename>.zip -> response:
<filename>.zip 1% 128KB 13.9KB/s - stalled -packet_write_wait: Connection to 52.10.49.133 port 22: Broken pipe
Broken pipe

I have tried this on Many different server endpoints ( aws ec2 & azure compute and datacenter vmware VMS ) and from differing clients ( windows/mac/linux/vm ) both wired and wireless.
It always fails / stalls. If I switch to a different router then the orbi ( using the same network map and sid etc.. so its transparent to my network ) SCP works just fine; so ISP either through other routers & directly connecting, and of course at other locations. have done all the typical scp/ssh/ settings changes to confirm it only occurs going through the orbi.
it really is a problematic issue and stops me from working from home efficiently, so if I do not resolve it I will return / refund it.

like this other query/issue: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/sftp-and-scp-stall-on-large-file-uploads/m-p/1837419
Can you please comment on whether Bitdefender Armor or Disney Circle are activated on this Orbi?
I use WinSCP on my internal LAN which goes through the Orbi,but I have never activated Armor or Circle. Have looked for a "public" SCP server to test, but can find only public SFTP servers.
Does it make any difference if you use the -l option to scp and limit the amount of bandwidth grabbed at one time? https://www.unix-ninja.com/p/Why_does_scp_get_stalled_How_do_I_resolve_it

no bitdefender or parental-controls ( I dont know what disney circle is or where to find it ) but its highly unlikely its enabled or exists.. no childen here, so unless its a default out of the box and hidden somewhere in the UI I have not discovered I do not believe so.
